Welcome Jazmin!

We'd like to introduce you to Jazmin Gall, who started with us this week as our new Field Technician!

Jazmin is a recent graduate from Nipissing University and she holds an Honours Specialization BSc in Biology, with a minor in Environmental Science. Awarded for graduating at the top of her class, she also achieved an undergraduate thesis and a certificate, both focusing on conservation and ecology. Passionate about protecting nature and advocating for at-risk species and habitats, Jazmin is excited for this position with the Central Algoma Land Trust and to begin making an impact. She brings with her a variety of field experience from past roles working with other land trust organizations as well as with Ontario Parks.

This opportunity is proudly supported by Ontario Government's Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation through the Workforce Development Program.

The Central Algoma Land Trust depends on the generous support of our local community to carry out our work. Please consider making a donation to help advance conservation efforts across the Central Algoma region. Your contribution will help protect the natural spaces and wildlife that make this area so special.
