General Donations

As a nonprofit, charitable organization, the Central Algoma Land Trust (formerly The Kensington Conservancy) relies heavily on the generosity of the local community to carry out its work. Community support helps protect the natural spaces, wildlife, and rural character that make the region so special. Every donation, big or small, plays a vital role in preserving Central Algoma for generations to come.

Accepted online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all other payment options accepted by Stripe.

A one-time gift today helps protect the land, water, and wildlife you care about. Every donation makes a real difference in our work.

Monthly giving is the easiest way to support conservation. You set it once and your impact continues all year long without having to remember.

Make a donation in honour or memory of someone special. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate their love for nature while supporting lasting conservation.

Donations can be made in person at the Central Algoma Land Trust Conservation Centre, located at 69 Boyer Drive in Desbarats. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, as staff are sometimes out in the field during regular hours, it is recommended to call ahead at 705-782-2200 before making a special trip. Cash, cheques, and major credit cards are accepted.
