25th Anniversary
2026 marks the 25th anniversary of The Kensington Conservancy/Central Algoma Land Trust’s incorporation! While we celebrated ten years of charitable status in 2016, we’ve decided to date this milestone back to incorporation to recognize the five years of behind-the-scenes work that went into securing charitable status and building the organization.
We are hosting an evening of celebrations in honour of our 25th anniversary! Stay tuned for more details.

Photo Contest
As part of this year’s celebrations, we are hosting a photo contest!
Theme: "Nature and Outdoor Life."
We are looking for stunning wildlife, landscapes, or people engaging with the outdoors (e.g., hiking, canoeing, fishing).
The winner of the photo contest will be selected by a panel of judges and will receive:
A framed copy of their photo
A framed copy of their photo to be displayed at the Central Algoma Land Trust’s Conservation Centre
A free ticket to the 25th Anniversary Celebration
