CALT’s Executive Director Honoured by SodaStream Canada
Central Algoma Land Trust’s Executive Director, Carter Dorscht, was recently selected by SodaStream Canada for their Canadian Sustainable Hometown Heroes campaign, which celebrates Canadians making a real difference in environmental stewardship and community well‑being. The campaign highlights how local efforts and individual actions can create meaningful change.
As part of this recognition, Carter was featured in an interview with SooToday, where he discusses his work protecting Algoma’s natural habitats, organizing community science initiatives, and fostering a deeper connection between people and the environment.
The Central Algoma Land Trust depends on the generous support of our local community to carry out our work.
